Putting Faith back into the heart of your community

Disability Support Services

A) Autism and Aspergers Awareness program

encs logoThis project was carried out in conjunction with the Diocese of Peterborough and is a response to the growing recognition of autism within our local community and the impact on those seeking to attend and worship in local churches.

An awareness powerpoint presentation has now been developed to be used within the Anglican church system and is suitable for all places of worship. This serves as an introduction and a challenge towards a positive response to those struggling with or effected by autism and other similar conditions within their congregations and the wider community.
